HCV是丙型肝炎病毒的意思。主要由血液、體液傳播。據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織估計(jì)，全球有1.7億人感染HCV。在我國(guó)健康人群抗HCV陽性率為0.7%~3.1%，約3800萬人。由于病毒生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)和宿主免疫功能等多方面因素，機(jī)體免疫往往難以有效清除病毒，致使約50%~80%HCV感染者發(fā)展為慢性肝炎，其中20%~30%將
HCV is the meaning of hepatitis C virus. It is mainly transmitted by blood and body fluids. WHO estimates that 170 million people worldwide are infected with HCV. The positive rate of anti-HCV among healthy people in China is 0.7 % ~ 3.1 %, and about 38 million people. Due to various factors such as the biological characteristics of the virus and host immune function, body immunity is often difficult to effectively eliminate the virus, resulting in about 50 % to 80 % of HCV infections developing into chronic hepatitis, of which 20 % to 30 % will develop into cirrhosis. Each year, 1 % to 4 % of patients with cirrhosis develop hepatocyte cancer.
